American Seafood Partners Acquires Cal Marine Fish Co., Expanding Commercial Fleet and Pacific Seafood Operations
Acquisition strengthens ASP’s national footprint, bringing premium West Coast harvesting capabilities and port infrastructure into its growing seafood platform.
NARRAGANSETT, R.I.— September 3, 2026 — American Seafood Partners (ASP) today announced the acquisition of Cal Marine Fish Co., LLC (Cal Marine), a premier West Coast commercial fishing, export, and vessel management company.
The strategic transaction expands ASP’s reach into key Pacific fisheries and west coast port operations, strengthening its position as a leading vertically integrated platform in the U.S. commercial squid and seafood industry. Cal Marine's extensive fleet, significant cold storage infrastructure, location near Pacific ports, and specialized multi-species processing capabilities are an ideal addition to ASP’s existing family of brands.
